WTTT buyers:
We expect domestic and international trade companies from 100+ countries
During the EXPOs, International and domestic trade must attend to pre-scheduled appointments.
Appointments can be pre-scheduled with suggested times/dates placed in advance writing and is the responsibility of the company to organise by themselves.
Each company must pre-schedule a minimum of either 10 or 30 appointments, depending on the package to qualify.
Qualified Trade Buyers
The trade buyers must be decision makers, looking for new partners and ready to negotiate new pricing, packages and sign deals.
Buyers should have up to date websites.
Buyers should be actively supporting and promoting packages, including featuring responsible and community related services.
All registered international and national leisure buyers must either IATA registered or member of an accredited travel association.
Buyers must qualify under one of the following categories in order to register:
Inbound Tour Operators
U.S. or International based travel companies targeting international inbound travellers to the U.S.
50%+ of business must be generated from overseas.
Domestic Operators and Travel Agencies
U.S. or International based companies targeting international inbound travellers to the U.S.
Offers that specifically include complete travel packages with flights, hotels, entertainment and ground transportation included.
Options for multiple destinations in Florida and U.S.
Other domestic buyers
Minimum requirement is that they are IATA registered or a member of a U.S. or International accredited travel association.
International buyers
As an International buyer you must be registered as a wholesaler, tour operator or retailer of travel and trade services.
International based travel companies targeting international outbound travellers worldwide not necessarily specifically to U.S.
50%+ of business generated for trips abroad.
International meeting and incentive buyers - MICE
WTTT EXPO provides opportunity for International Meeting and Incentive buyers to participate and meet U.S and International suppliers. Qualified business sectors will include from corporate business entities, international and national associations and incentive travel agencies.
Registered buyers are subject to approval and must comply to WTTT terms and conditions.
