ADMISSIONS POLICY 2026
1. 2 day travel and gastronomy for trade, industries and consumers, will be open to all pre-registered travel and
gastronomy trade, industry professionals, trade visitors, exhibitors, international press and consumers.
2. Visitors may attend to special seminars arranged by country pavilion by invitation only.
3. Press conference hosted by countries is strictly for press and trade professionals with invitation only.
4. All children must be accompanied by an adult. ID will be required for entrance and sampling of all
food and drink. No alcohol will be served or purchased by anyone under 21+ years of age.
5. All visitors including trade are required to have a ticket.
6. Exhibitors must carry pre-registered badge at all times.
7. Visitors dress code should be smart business or casual.
8. Anyone entering by other illegal means will be asked to leave the event.
9. Anyone attending must carry a form of photo-ID (passport, driving license, national ID card or similar) which either security, organisers and their representative may ask to see.
10. Press passes strictly for media representatives only and must be pre-registered. Press registrations from advertising or sales organisations/representatives are not allowed.
11. Anyone attending will not be allowed to take part in canvassing, provisions of leaflets, all forms of demonstration,
un-professional and objectionable behaviour or activity whatsoever.
12. The event organisers reserve the right to remove or deal with accordingly anyone who does not comply with the above rules and regulations.
