GENERAL GUIDELINES
Guidelines for visitors and exhibitors:
Upon arrival at the EXPO site. All attendees should be aware of all safety rules, regulations and not limited to the following:
- Only pre-registered visitors who are badge holders, ticket holders, exhibitor badge holders will be able to attend.
- Visitors can also register onsite.
- Registration for all buyers and delegates requires pre-approval - see registration page.
- Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else.
- Visitors without badge will not be allowed to enter.
- To be eligible for early rate, the purchase must be made by 11th August 2024. Unpaid invoices after this date require to pay standard rate.
- All attendees must carry some form of photo-ID, identification that can be acceptable to the Organisers whom may ask to see.
- With the exception of guide dogs, no pets or animals of any description will be allowed to enter the convention, exhibition hall.
- Anyone attending to EXPO must not take part in any objectionable behaviour, canvassing, or leafleting, or demonstrations, or wear offensive apparel or be involved in any activity which may disrupt, or might be seen as offensive whatsoever.
- All international media must be approved via online registration before attending. Media badges are restricted to Press, tourism, travel, trade editors, journalists, photographers, broadcasters. Press applications from advertising personnel and media sales representatives will not be accepted.
- During the expo WTTT official photographers will be taking photographs and filming videos. Anyone attending to WTTT EXPO face to face and virtually provides consents to ALL photography and filming without compensation and confirms that the Organisers shall be entitled to use such photographs and videos, which may include photographs and videos of visitors, for the purpose of marketing WTTT EXPO in future, for exploitation in any and all media, without liability.
- Everyone attending to WTTT EXPO is required to comply with the Event Safety and Security Requirements.
- No visitor to WTTT EXPO may take photographs or film videos or make any form of recording to publish in any forms, and on any media under any circumstances without the prior written permission from the WTTT EXPO organisers.
- WTTT EXPO organisers reserve full right to exclude or remove anyone from the exhibition who does not comply with exhibition terms and condition, event policy or who they reasonably consider is likely to break these rules or who is prohibited from attending under any applicable sanctions, laws or regulations, or otherwise at the Organisers’ discretion.
- By allowing your badge to be scanned by all entrances point of locations, visitors will be providing their name and contact details to the exhibitor, sponsor or co-located event organiser contact them about their products or services.
- When attending to any sessions in the conference, seminars, theatres etc. please take note that all visitors badge will be scanned at entry and the names and contact details shared with the seminar host/exhibitor, sponsor and/or speaker, who may contact them about their products or services. This applies across EXPO, digital online web, virtual travel, virtual trade.
- Safety First. The safety, security and well-being is the first priority for all individuals, attendees.
Upon arrival at the EXPO site. All attendees should be aware of all safety rules, regulations and not limited to the following:
- Follow the instructions of event staff at all times.
- The exhibition staff may approach you to provide necessary assistance during the outside, at entry or inside the event
- All staff, attendees are required to wear ID badges provided.
- During public days all visitor must carry ID and entrance ticket.
- Do not dispose any badge, tickets outside in bins.
- Keep personal property with them at all times.
- Follow the instructions of event staff at all times.
- During entrance bag checks are in operation. Remain patient with all staff undertaking security checks.
- Walkthrough, or hand held scanners may be in operation.
- Do not leave any items unattended. Report to member of staff, or security anything that that may looks unusual, suspicious.
- CCTV in operation will be monitoring and recorded.
- In house, external Security staff are in attendance
- Uniformed and covert Police are in attendance
- External companies may apply health and safety checks.
